I don't believe in New Years resolutions, but I decided to make this year a productive one. What better way to start the year than by cleaning out my studio? My desk has been a dumping ground since September, and it feels so good to finally be able to use that space again. Can you believe I've been drawing and painting on the couch and coffee table these last few months? What was I thinking?
So here it is, doesn't it look lovely? And I am proud to say I've been in my studio every night since I cleaned it out!
I've been busy at work too since I got back. Lovely Renay and her boyfriend visited from Australia, and Renay got some pretty flowers to take back home. Safe travels to you both!
I started outlining Brian's arm right before I left for Norway, so he came back to fill in a couple of pieces. I also did some pretty roses on his arm.

Sandy and her lovely daughter stopped by, and I started a bunny portrait on Koa's arm. So excited about this one, and I can't wait to work on it again.
Sandy, who's one of the toughest ladies I know, got a rose on her hand. I also did a dog portrait on her last summer, and I'm happy I finally got a healed photo. Thanks ladies! You're great!
Emiko who owns Food Fight right next door to us let me put a pretty Dahlia on her hand earlier today. Thanks lady!
It's been a great two weeks back at work, and I'm looking forward to many more! A huge thanks to everyone who bombarded my Etsy shop and picked up a print! You guys are awesome!
Until next time,
S. <3
