Spencer's adorable mom and step dad spent a few days in Portland last weekend. At the market they ran into Derek, who might just love Matryoshkas as much as I do. Spencer's mom sent him my way, and I am so happy that I had time to fit him in. This is what Derek got, to bring back to San Francisco. Safe travels!
I know I've said this before, but I'll say it again- I would be more than happy to do these little dolls all day, every day. You know you want one. How could you not!? And one is never enough!
Jordan and Danielle visited from Tacoma. I did matching envelopes and hearts on them both, and Danielle also sat like a champ for these pretty flowers that she had me put on her hip.
Chris, visiting (and maybe staying for good) all the way from Amsterdam had me do this fun little traditional piece on his arm. Inspired by the Oregon lottery logo. Yes for real. Is he a winner? Probably so.
It looks like summer might be over here in Portland as the temperature has dropped from the mid 90's to the 70's, and the sun hasn't been out in the last couple of days. I scored a pretty serious vintage lunch box last Saturday, and I'm pretty excited that it came with a thermos. I stocked up on some tea at the shop, so bring on the cool fall days!
Sarah told me the other night she'd let me tattoo whatever I wanted on her the following day(to celebrate Patriots day), as long as it's red, white, and blue. I thought, "I can hang with that", so I gave her a white trash flesh rip Norwegian flag. Never forget. Valhalla.
Sarah also helped Brian pack for Europe. On opposite day.
Until next time,
S.
